The DEH-X7850BT will directly connect and control your music directly from a smartphone, USB input, CD, or Auxiliary-in.
Pioneer has beefed-up Bluetooth technology, allowing you to simultaneously connect and control 2 x phones to in the car. That’s right, you can now connect 2 x phones via Bluetooth, at the same time, and enjoy hands-free phone calls or music streaming. Even better, the auto connection function automatically pairs both phones so incoming calls from either of the paired phones can be answered.
Alternatively you can directly connect your iPhone or Android smartphone via USB for music playback and charging.
Love Spotify? Well it’s now a dedicated audio source on the DEH-X7850BT menu. This is a really handy feature for those of us who love pumping a Spotify playlist in the car because the DEH-X7850BT will directly control content from the Spotify app on an iPhone (via USB or Bluetooth) or Android smartphone (via Bluetooth). No need to touch your phone; you can play, pause and skip tracks, or even browse playlists, albums and radio stations, using the control buttons on the DEH-X7850BT.

Separated Color Customization lets the user match the receiver illumination to their interior lighting. Both the key illumination and screen color can be selected independently.
SIRI® EYES FREE
To minimise distractions even more while driving iPhone users can use voice commands to ask Siri questions to access many iPhone functions such as music selection; making phone calls; and listening to text message, calendar information, and reminders. Users with an iPhone® 4s or newer can take advantage of Siri® Eyes Free functionality with a touch of a button. When activated, Siri voice prompts play through the vehicle’s speakers and the user’s commands and questions are received and transmitted to the receiver using the external microphone.

Different Pioneer products have different warranty periods:
- Pioneer Car Audio – 3 years
- Pioneer HiFi – 3 years – products with a disc tray have a 1 year warranty on the disc mechanism and associated parts, and 3 year warranty on other components
- Pioneer DJ – 3 years for personal / domestic use / 1 year for commercial use

No – Pioneer Carrozzeria is a Pioneer sub-brand manufactured specifically for the local Japanese domestic market. As such, there is no support for other languages or interfaces except for Japanese.
Possibly – all Pioneer mapping data is provided via a third party external website – Navi Extras. Visit www.naviextras.com and click on the page “Is my device supported?” to check the list of supported devices. Maps of Australia and New Zealand are available for certain devices via download from USD $129.99.
