  • The DEH-S4250BT will allow you to access the Pioneer Smart Sync app. This app allows you to access many navigation , communication and music streaming services from one user friendly interface on your smartphone. *Requires PSS app download. May require access to third party services.

    Pioneer has beefed-up Bluetooth technology, allowing you to simultaneously connect and control 2 x phones to in the car. That’s right, you can now connect 2 x phones via Bluetooth, at the same time, and enjoy hands-free phone calls or music streaming. Even better, the auto connection function automatically pairs both phones so incoming calls from either of the paired phones can be answered.

    Love Spotify? Well it’s now a dedicated audio source on the DEH-S4250BT menu. This is a really handy feature for those of us who love pumping a Spotify playlist in the car because the DEH-S4250BT will directly control content from the Spotify app on an iPhone (via USB or Bluetooth) or Android smartphone (via Bluetooth). No need to touch your phone; you can play, pause and skip tracks, or even browse playlists, albums and radio stations, using the control buttons on the DEH-S4250BT.
    PIONEER SMART SYNC APP
    Supporting the Pioneer Smart Sync App enables you to fully utilise the power of your smartphone, it expands, it evolves, and furthers every moment you spend in your car. Including the ability to playback music from your favourite streaming source, allow music playback from up to 5 devices, make calls, listen to messages, navigate to a destination, use voice recognition and tune your audio system.
    DUAL BLUETOOTH
    You can now simultaneously connect and control 2 x phones via Bluetooth. This is perfect for drivers who have two phones (work + personal), or when travelling with other passengers. The auto connection function automatically pairs the two phone so incoming calls can be picked up by either of the paired phones
    WORKS WITH SPOTIFY
    With Spotify being a dedicated audio source on the DEH-S2250UI, you now have the ability to control content from the Spotify app on an iPhone (connected via USB). You can play, pause and skip tracks, browse playlists, albums and radio stations on the go using the Pioneer controls. If you are a Spotify premium user (requires a monthly paid subscription), you can enjoy ad-free, high quality music even when there is no internet connection.

  • Different Pioneer products have different warranty periods:

    • Pioneer Car Audio – 3 years
    • Pioneer HiFi – 3 years – products with a disc tray have a 1 year warranty on the disc mechanism and associated parts, and 3 year warranty on other components
    • Pioneer DJ – 3 years for personal / domestic use / 1 year for commercial use

    No – Pioneer Carrozzeria is a Pioneer sub-brand manufactured specifically for the local Japanese domestic market. As such, there is no support for other languages or interfaces except for Japanese.

    Possibly – all Pioneer mapping data is provided via a third party external website – Navi Extras. Visit www.naviextras.com and click on the page “Is my device supported?” to check the list of supported devices. Maps of Australia and New Zealand are available for certain devices via download from USD $129.99.
